The DeWALT DWS5023 is a 2600mm extra-long high-precision aluminum guide rail track designed for full-length ripping of large 8ft sheet materials without requiring joining bars. It delivers perfectly straight, splinter-free cuts with DeWALT plunge saws, circular saws, and routers.
Constructed from extruded anodized aluminum, the DWS5023 features an integrated rubber splinter guard that aligns directly to the cutting edge to prevent tear-out on delicate veneers and laminates. Dual anti-slip strips on the underside hold the rail securely on workpieces, while low-friction PTFE top strips ensure smooth tool gliding across the entire 2.6-meter length.
